CALLIE CHAPMAN, President and Founding Partner of Onward Analytics, has a background in Chemical Engineering with over 10 years of experience working in the semiconductor and FDA-regulated personal care industry. Prior to Onward Analytics, Callie was the head of the Cannabis Product Development program with her former employer and consulted with cannabis brands across the US.
Callie holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, with graduate studies at the University of Cincinnati and the University of Vermont.
HOLLY HEIMSATH, Senior Scientist and QA Manager of Onward Analytics is a seasoned laboratory professional, with 15+ years in various laboratory management roles. Before joining Onward Analytics, Holly was the Quality Control Chemistry Manager of an analytical chemistry lab. Experienced in FDA-regulated, cGMP pharmaceutical testing, Holly looks forward to bringing a strong commitment to quality to our clients, and to the cannabis field.
Holly has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Saint Anselm College, as well as many continued education courses in Analytics and Professional Management.
NIC KOSAC, Laboratory Analyst of Onward Analytics is an experienced analyst with professional work experience in FDA-regulated pharmaceutics and cannabis companies. Most recently, Nic worked as an Analytical Chemist in a quality control laboratory focusing on active pharmaceutical ingredient potency testing and USP <1225> method development. Prior to this role Nic worked in cannabis cultivation and extraction.
Nic holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Castleton University, as well as continued education in analytics.
LEAH MILLER, Laboratory Techincian II: Microbiology of Onward Analytics is a dedicated Cannabis professional with diverse experience in horticulture. She has extensive knowledge of cultivation, botany, pedology, plant pathology, and holds a Pesticides Applicator License. Leah worked as a cultivator for medical Cannabis grower and has farm management experience.
Leah holds an Applied Science degree in Horticulture from State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville, and focused in the Cannabis Studies program. During her time in college she conducted nutrient experiments, ethanol extraction, cultivation and processing of Cannabis.
ROGER NADEAU, Cheif Financial Officer of Onward Analytics is a CPA with over three decades of diverse industry experience. His expertise spans across retail, automotive, insurance, wholesale, startups, and manufacturing sectors. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Champlain College, Roger is a proud Vermonter dedicated to serving his community. With a strong foundation in accounting and a wealth of practical knowledge, Roger brings invaluable insight and guidance to every project he undertakes. His strategic financial leadership drives our company towards sucess.
EMILY HAYNES, Quality Specialist of Onward Analytics has a passion for quality managment and compliance. Emily joined team OA with a proffesional background in compliance, regulatory, customer service and prior experience within the cannabis industry. She is dedicated to Quality System Managment and Regulatory Compliance and is a great resource for our customers.
DYLAN LEFKOWITZ, Laboratory Analyst at Onward Analytics has an extensive scientific background, earning an MS in Biomedical Sciences and a graduate certificate in Cannabinoid Pharmacology. Dylan's background in healthcare inspired him to join the cannabis industry, where he has worked for the last five years. Prior to joining Onward Analytics Dylan's cannabis work history includes extraction, product manufacturing, and analytical testing. Dylan is determined and passionate about bringing safe, high quality cannabis science to the state of Vermont.
BAILEY MCKENNA, Laboratory Technician I at Onward Analytics, is a seasoned Cannabis professional with 8+ years of experience ranging from direct cultivation, to cannabis retail management and compliance, to vendor relations and account management. He has extensive knowledge of extraction and post processing methodologies as well as a robust understanding of plant physiology and commercial
cultivation practices.
Bailey holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Lafayette College and a certification in Cannabis Plant Biology from the University of Vermont. Prior to joining the team at Onward Analytics, Bailey was the Director of Sales and Marketing for one of the first licensed cannabis retailers in Vermont and supported everything from day-to-day operations, to cannabis education, to developing marketing content and advertising campaigns.
